I’ll Choose Dreams.

February 29, 2008

Stopping for a few days in Cancun, en route to a more remote part of the Yucatan where N could fly-fish, we explored the very built up shoreline of that town. Walking down the side walk slathered in suntan lotion and feeling the warm sun on bare skin was an almost surreal experience after our intense winter cold back home.

Windswept and smiling we wended our way into town, hanging onto our sun hats.

And if haggling is your forte, this market is the place for you for all kinds of wares: clothing, jewelry and eclectic mementos of Mexico. If haggling is not something you enjoy, purchases might be minimal in this very colorful place.
